Meridian-Kessler

Meridian-Kessler is a residential community located about 4 miles north of downtown Indianapolis. The area is bordered on the south by 38th street and on the north by Kessler Blvd ans i s home to about 6,000 home and 15,000 residents. Home values in this area are generally higher than average than the rest of Indianapolis because of the historic nature of some of the homes and neighborhood as well as the desirable proximity to downtown Indianapolis. The Meridian Kessler area even has it's own neighborhood association representing the needs of the community and its residents.
